[02/AI Automation]

An AI automation agency that builds inside the systems you already run.

Data Jockey is an AI automation agency with operations across the United States and Europe. Our engineers build custom automations inside the systems your company already runs, and your staff learns to operate and extend every workflow. When the engagement ends, the automations keep running on your infrastructure, and you own all of them.

What does an AI automation agency do?

We put AI to work in every part of a business. AI agents run marketing and sales: a content factory, automated outbound, and the pages buyers find on Google. Underneath, we unify all of the company's data in one place the customer owns, so every automation and every report works from the same numbers.

The automations do the prep around each decision so the person making the call has everything ready. The decision itself still goes to a human, because humans are the judgment layer in everything we build.

Which systems do you automate?

We build inside the tools your team already uses. These are integrations we work in, never customers:

  • HubSpot
  • QuickBooks
  • Salesforce
  • SAP
  • Slack
  • Gmail
  • n8n
  • Zapier
  • DocuSign
  • Shopify
  • Notion
  • Outlook
  • Airtable

Why not just buy an AI platform?

Off-the-shelf tools make their money on renewals, which keeps you dependent on the vendor. An automation built inside your own systems, run by your own people, builds intellectual property of your own and compounds in value with every improvement your team ships.

What makes the automations yours?

Owning means the automations built as a result of our expertise are yours to keep, be it repositories, workflows, dashboards, and everything in between. After our engagement ends, all of it continues running on your infrastructure without us, and your staff knows how to run those processes and how to iterate on them.

Questions we hear

Do you still include humans in the automations?
Humans are extremely necessary in the loop around our automations. They are the judgment layer: we automate the prep around each decision so the person making the call has everything ready, and the decision itself still goes to a human.
How fast does the first tool ship?
The speed at which the first tool ships depends entirely on system access and how clean the data is, but is usually faster than people expect. We will have a better idea after a discovery call.
What does "you own everything" mean in practice?
Owning means the automations built as a result of our expertise are yours to keep, be it repositories, workflows, dashboards, and everything in between.

30 minutes about your operation.

There is no pitch. We spend the call understanding your pain points, whether that means responsible AI adoption or quantifying where automation will pay off, and providing a plan of attack.
