Data Jockey has operations spanning the United States and Europe. We upscale organizations by unifying data and automating mundane processes to save time and money, serving manufacturers and distributors.
The principals
Lorenzo Pizzinini
Co-Founder · ItalyPizzinini leads marketing and go-to-market strategy at Data Jockey, and he builds and deploys the AI systems the firm develops in-house for manufacturers and distributors. He puts every meaningful AI release through his own hands before it reaches a client, a habit of several years that keeps the firm's systems current. He co-founded the firm with Mihelich in 2026 after the two met during his exchange semester at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before Data Jockey, he built back-office automations for operating companies in Northern Italy, work that gave him a practical sense of how businesses function on the ground. Pizzinini studied economics at Maastricht University. He is also Co-Founder of BeautyVetted, a national directory of cosmetic surgeons.
Sean Mihelich
Co-Founder · USAMihelich directs the AI solutions Data Jockey designs and maintains for manufacturers and distributors across the United States, from unifying company data through reporting, sales, and back-office systems. He co-founded the firm in 2026. Before Data Jockey, he was Head of Business Development at Bitplaza, where he led sales, marketing, and operations, and he founded and served as President of the Bitcoin Club at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he studied business. Mihelich is also Co-Founder of BeautyVetted, a national directory of cosmetic surgeons that checks board certification at the primary source, and serves on the board of The Better Housing Company, a nonprofit developing permanently below-market-rate housing.
